Overall the experience was great. My previous manager was amazing, current one is quite bad, but that's just to be expected, some are good some are bad at what they do. There will always be pros and cons.The good thingsPay is good, a lot of opportunities to transfer and grow internally within the company.
The challengesManagement, too lax or too micro. Never in the middle. On extreme sides of the spectrum which are both bad.
