The challengesThe value of inclusion is great, if a person really wants to get included. However, there is an expectation that everyone should be included in activities. Even though one normally a person wouldn't want to be a part of a certain activity, not participating would cause a person to be lightly called out for not doing so, which is a cause of discomfort in this particular context.
