    The challengesPlease make a solid timeline do not add another urgent project requesting and expecting it to be done by the next morning, don't push your lack of schedule planning unto us.

    I am still grateful they give me an opportunity and to gain experience in this field but they still have a lot to work on having multiple projects.
    The good thingsVery friendly co-site employees.
    The challengesPoor top management. No concrete organizational structure, too many bosses. Poor support from top management, lots of group chats. Very slow in processing for requesting material in site or even in salary increase. High turn-over rate.
