The challengesIt was hard when there were multiple deadlines for various projects and the scale of each project is massive, and our team were few in members. There was also the issue of progressing your career with them, they take too long in promoting the right people, your scope of duties are much larger than your job description, increase that was supposed to take place every evaluation takes too long, you have too many bosses, and remuneration is low.
