    The good thingsI could say benefits are great and very competitive. There is also alot of room for learning and developing your skills.
    The challengesAlthough the compensation and benefits are above average, the down side is there is No work life balance in O2I department. I was a able to experience double shift during month end closing. OT is also always expected, especially during month ends, quarter ends and year end (For most It's everyday). You may have to open your email even If you are on leave to avoid getting swamped of emails. Not for the faint of heart. Not sure with other departments or teams, but leadership and culture also plays a huge factor.

    Awesome benefits and reasonable workload
    The good thingsFor me there is proper balance here. Yes, there are times when workload is overwhelmingly crazy but there are a lot of downtimes too. No meetings on Fridays is observed. Mental health is recognized and is a priority. We can work flexibly as long as job gets done properly. Awesome IT. Great benefits. Lots of career opportunities and trainings that you can take at your own pace.

    The good thingsWork life balance as what they promote here. Salary is higher than what is the normal and benefits are very good especially for family-oriented people. Mostly are very appreciative and approachable. Nice office; clean and appealing.
