The challengesAlthough the compensation and benefits are above average, the down side is there is No work life balance in O2I department. I was a able to experience double shift during month end closing. OT is also always expected, especially during month ends, quarter ends and year end (For most It's everyday). You may have to open your email even If you are on leave to avoid getting swamped of emails. Not for the faint of heart. Not sure with other departments or teams, but leadership and culture also plays a huge factor.
