    The good thingsWork life balance as what they promote here. Salary is higher than what is the normal and benefits are very good especially for family-oriented people. Mostly are very appreciative and approachable. Nice office; clean and appealing.
    The challengesActually the challenge will depend on an individual depending also on his/her goals and work perspective. I can't think of any right now. lol
