The good thingsThis is a Family owned business where you can meet the owners almost everyday. They are nice to their employees and is very easy to get along with. The employees are also easy to be with, they respect the management and the staffs. Santino is more likely a second home. You will not feel that you are working because of the enjoyment that you feel with the colleagues. Thank you so much. :))))))))))
The challengesMaybe, how they retain the employees. I hope that someday, they can provide the benefits that the employees are looking for. They are good in training the employees and treating them, but the compensation and benefits are far from their competitors so the employees chooses to leave.
