What’s it like working at SalesWorks?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Salesworks appreciate the fun and supportive environment, as well as the training and development opportunities provided to help them learn sales and marketing skills. The travel opportunities, both domestic and international, are also seen as a key benefit. Additionally, the performance-based earnings model allows employees to earn based on their hard work and sales performance.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the lack of a stable income due to the commission-based pay structure, the difficulty in maintaining a healthy work-life balance due to the demanding nature of the job, and the absence of government-mandated benefits like SSS, Pag-ibig, and PhilHealth.

No sure income even if you worked so hard!! 100% Commission-based job!
The good thingsPeople you'll be working with are really nice and fun to be with. Trainings are really good too. You will learn a lot in Sales.
The challengesYou may be working for more that 8 hours a day but without having a sale, you'll get nothing. If you're the type of person who wants to have a sure monthly income or sure money after you've worked so hard on the field, this is not the company for you. No sale = No pay. Even if you worked so hard. Understand that you are the one who is in-charge of how much you'll be earning depending on how many sponsors you can get, but tell you what, you're not sure if you'll be lucky on that day or what. Sometimes, it's better to have a sure salary that just getting a commission.
