No sure income even if you worked so hard!! 100% Commission-based job!
The good thingsPeople you'll be working with are really nice and fun to be with. Trainings are really good too. You will learn a lot in Sales.
The challengesYou may be working for more that 8 hours a day but without having a sale, you'll get nothing. If you're the type of person who wants to have a sure monthly income or sure money after you've worked so hard on the field, this is not the company for you. No sale = No pay. Even if you worked so hard. Understand that you are the one who is in-charge of how much you'll be earning depending on how many sponsors you can get, but tell you what, you're not sure if you'll be lucky on that day or what. Sometimes, it's better to have a sure salary that just getting a commission.

    Working as an ambassador
The good thingsA lot of travels plus good environment. You earn because of your hard work since its a 100% performance based.
The challengesVery money oriented people, not seeing an employee's worth. Makes a person a robot to work for money and pushes client/ people in asking for donations even if they dont want. Very tiring, you need to do fieldwork everyday to find donations. No OT pay. A lot of pressure. If you cannot sell in a day, no money for you. No regularization also. No HMO

    Performance based pay.
The good thingsOpen communication with the company.
The challengesIt's a performance based pay. You can work hard all day but without sales, you won't get anything. Only pursue if you can sell products in the field.

    Develop yourself.
The good thingsIn this company, you get to really apply yourself. The work is very hands on which I really liked. You also get to earn in terms of how hard you will work since it is performance based. Another good thing in this company is you get to work with a diverse group of people coming from different backgrounds. Furthermore, you get to learn a lo from these people on how to be successful in this business. Worth having a try for everyone.
The challengesOne challenge in this company is probably one of the things which also makes it great. The business is 100 percent performance based, and it can be a challenge for some. Most people want stable income every month but this is a performance based industry. You may earn what an ordinary gets in a month, in only a week in this company if you really worked for it.

    Misleading and weird.
The good thingsUncapped earnings, good benefits and faster career growth.
The challengesGive proper vision and proper coordination with regards in conducting business to business appointments. The company does not really treat you an employee rather it treats you as an outsourced resource. Even though there is no limit in what you will be earning, it is still too good to be true since the things that you will be doing will somehow put your own integrity and dignity at risk which is a major no no in conducting business.

    Don't work here!
The good thingsThey share knowledge in Sales and fooling customers to gain profit
The challengesThey don't have month salary, pure commission based salary. No government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig & PhilHealth. You can have those government mandated benefits but still you will be tagged as a voluntary contributor no company share. They say that you are a business partner, but you don't hold your time as a business partner. No opportunities beyond your department.

    Make or Break
The good thingsYou will learn basics of sales and marketing. You can be competitive in the sales industry and will have the knowledge needed to have an edge in the field. The training is good, rigorous and very challenging.
The challengesIf you have no skills you will be left behind. Low ROI, too tedious.
