    I've worked as data entry operator in S-corp Phil's, inc. for almost 1 and a half year. I practice myself in typing because as encoder you should know how to input data's properly
    The good thingsthey are good at giving attendance bonuses. Not just in attendance bonus but of course when you reach their quotas, you can surely receive another bonus from them. And specially you can enhanced your typing skills in that company
    The challengesTo compete in my workmates to type fast can consider as one of my challenges at that company. Another is to complete my attendance, once you completed your attendance you will receive your attendance bonus, for me its very challenging because some of my workmates didn't complete their attendance.
