My experience with RRHI Good & BadThe good thingsMy bosses were able to guide & teach me with the daily tasks, they will share their knowledge, make sure that you learn. The coverage of the HMO, the ambience upon entering the compound is very nice, close to nature feels.
The challengesthe pressure that's being passed down to the employees, the expectation & the multi tasking work that is expected of everyone. That makes us feel more demotivated & burnt out. Compensation package is not competitive especially when it is an internal promotion, Annual merit increase is between 300 to 400, No salary adjustment on my salary package for the last 3 years. no career development plan for me.
