    Poor management.
    The good thingsGood HR. Accuracy and On time releasing of salary or sometimes it's early on the applicable date. Some managers here is "sipsip" to the top management. No leadership, they are pulling down the employees. They are collecting all concerns of employees but there's always no action on it. The top management is one sided. What she hears or learned from her side is what she only believed. She didnt tried to explore everyone's sides. Tasks assigned on each employees are not balanced.
    The challengesLoaded of works or task. They are always experimenting and no final procedures. So employess is always adjusting. Everyday and night traffic is also a challenges here if you are working far from your house. 2 and half hours is the most terrible time I consumed in commuting.
