On January 5, 2005, the name Cotabato City Central College (CCCC) was changed to Regency Polytechnic College (RPC) by virtue of the SEC. Re. NO.DN092000677 as endorsed by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees.Per approval of the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), RPC started her operation at the Lower Balmores Street, General Paulino Santos, City of Koronadal on June 1, 2005 and was transferred to its new location at Gensan Drive, Morales, City of Koronadal.
