Flexible schedule to as you can choose whenever you want to conduct lessons. They don't require quotas and the tutor support is really good, polite, and helpful. Management is understanding too. Incentives will make you want to work hard. The materials are sophisticated and easy to carry out and the students, generally, are polite and friendly.
The challengesThe productivity-based nature is also a bad thing. If you get lazy or sick, you won't be able to conduct classes and thus, you can't earn much. As a starter, you need to wake up early in the morning (5AM) to conduct classes (that is if you want to earn more, it's not compulsory though). The internet connection in the PH is not so table so sometimes it can be troublesome.
