    Flexible Time and Nice clients
    The good thingsI enjoyed teaching the students since most of them are very accommodating and friendly. They respect you and gives compliments whenever you did well. The salary is okay and there are incentives. Another good thing is you work from home and you have control of your time.
    The challengesOne sided evaluation. There are no considerations on absences even if your reasons are valid. They deduct 20% on your salary for absences that reached the quota.
