    It was a decent ESL company up until the pandemic began to end. Not a reliable income stream anymore.
    The good thingsYou can set your own schedule. Materials are prepared already.
    The challengesLow bookings. Barely any support for tutors. They made their incentives too difficult to achieve and any other bonuses are raffle based. Recently students, have also become too demanding despite the rates staying stagnant.

    Great atmosphere
    The good thingsThe company promotes a cool, fun atmosphere which makes the workplace cozy and comfortable to work in.
    The challengesMy team leader was not very motivational, she didn't listen very well to our suggestions. She also was not an exemplary employee, along with other full-time staff in our team.
