Great workplace and growth for Newbies.
The good thingsIt has a good environment, great salary package for a newbie and great benefits as well. Support and management were very helpful towards the employees but this could be subjective since every experience is different from every employee.
The challengesThe account for sales representative is not for everyone, it'll be stressful if you are not great at upselling since it is part of your KPI's as both customer service and sales representative. WFM kit availability will depend on your performance.

Overall, pay and benefits are great. The people I had the privilege to work for are amazing and the comoradery within the team is 🙌. But management, not so much. I would love to work for more years if I was not encouraged to look for another team or job entirely. I had so much faith on the company that they just let me down at some point.
The good thingsI like that they have hybrid setup for Support Team and the facilities are complete. Plus added benefits for dependents is up to 75 yrs old. Which is great for employees with senior parents. Also added to the list of benefits is the retirement plan for each employees and HMO provision on Day 1!
The challengesFrequent management changes. From my 6 years, I had worked with 3 company different company presidents. Job security? Eh? Our whole team was encouraged to apply to other internal teams or apply elsewhere because our project is no longer supported. So much for that promise.

Working from home has been a rewarding experience, where my strong performance and adaptability led to multiple promotions and increased responsibilities.
The good thingsProvides good work and life balance with an opportunity to work from home. Extensive benefits including mental health, optical, premium HMO, quarterly salary increases, monthly incentives.
The challenges The consistent changes in my work hours have led to sleep deprivation and disruptions in my body clock, negatively impacting my health.

The best experience that I will treasure forever.
The good thingsIt helped develop my skills and gain experiences that I forever treasure.
The challengesThe challenges I encounter is not about the company but in my edge such as sudden brownout and loss of internet connections.
