    The challengesThe company needs to review and improve its salary structure to ensure employees are fairly compensated based on their performance and industry standards. Additionally, it is important to eliminate favoritism and “palakasan” practices by implementing a transparent and merit-based system, where promotions, opportunities, and decisions are based on skills, performance, and fairness for all employees.

    The challengesMy primary goal is to provide helpful and accurate responses. When I generate incorrect or misleading information, it undermines my purpose and can have negative consequences for users.

    Used to be a good company.. Will definitely recommend an enemy to apply in this company.
    The good thingsIt WAS a good company when it was still an in-house Telco BPO. Benefits were good. Considering the location/sites was a good strategy to lessen travel time. Again, it WAS all good until there was a change in management.
    The challengesSchedule is horrible. Management sucks! Too much office politics. HR is definitely not on employee's side. Toxic environment.
