    Great Job Opportunities / Management Mishandling
    The good thingsThe pay is good and if you are new to the BPO industry this is a good company to start with. They provide tons of trainings to those agents that are performing well.
    The challengesThe management doesn't care if you are going through personal challenges. They questioned my absences even though I have laboratories and medical certificate from the doctor proving that my health is a wreck.
