    The good thingsQualfon is a good training ground if you are a fresher in the field whether it be under the production or support groups. You will always find a great career movement or progression within the organization. Employees are warm as well. Culture is great!
    The challengesThe pay is kind of "average to low" especially if you're someone who is seasoned already in the profession. PTO policy should be expanded as much as possible for us to enjoy our time off. We hope as well that HMO is expanded though it's free for employees however there's a cost in covering my family.

    The challengesSalary - No allowances. you get the same offer even if you're tenured in a call center or a newbie. Transportation - public transpo like jeepneys are very rare in this location. Shuttle service are not reliable esp if you're living outside Manila area. Food - Food in the pantry are very limited and is very expensive. If you go outside of the building there are no convenience store nearby. There's a small carinderia across the building but it is not recommended. HMO - HMO is available on your first day but if you're still on probation you won't be able to use it for checkups and laboratory.
