    An experience that I would like to settle for but not actually enjoyed for the rest of my life.
    The good thingsWorking environment, it is mostly about the improvement and enhancement of sports and the sports facilities, giving the youth a future in sports and recreational management overview.
    The challengesSince it is a government office, producing a budget is not that easy but bearable with the help of privilege sponsors and private company owners.

    Demanding yet enjoyable.
    The good thingsGood Benefits esp. when you reach retirement. I get to see how the government runs in terms of procurement and budget allocation. You get to see and experienced celebrating ocassions that was part of the history yearly.And most of all being able to share and mingled and somehow learned from your colleagues.
    The challengesLimited trainings /seminars that I think would be a great help for further improvement of personality or work ethics. Promotion also should be considered especially those who are already in years of service in the government. And not to implement Job Order status because I believed that everyone deserved to have such benefits.
