    very knowledgable
    The good thingsFriendly environment,,i can go along with them.and learn more from them. most of the employee are reachable or meaning you can ask for help and they are always ready to take you up and teach you.
    The challengesFirst thing is the space, since the company is somewhat going to take the highest level,why not to open or have their own building. Hire for more employees.,base from my experience the workload for 1 employee is good for 2 employee,but still good i meet deadline
