Some of the top management employ military style management.But the employer is good in terms of investing to new technology.And investing to new infrasture because currently on building expansion and production expansion,meaning would cater more employment to Filipinos.There good customers which includes global company.
The challengesTo consider to established working hours and employing benefits like healthcard beneficial to employee.Maybe this would prevent the turn over rate of some middle position.
