    Full Stack Software Engineer

Quezon City Metro Manila3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
Overall, my experience was satisfactory. It facilitated my career shift, provided me with valuable project experience, and equipped me with the necessary skills to become a developer. However, I believe I would have remained longer if the company had offered a competitive salary after three years.
The good thingsA great kickstart for a career shift, offering a relaxed working environment and supportive culture.
The challengesThe company has a challenging internal culture, with noticeable influence of office politics on promotions and project assignments. Additionally, the salary is not competitive, and the benefits are minimal.

Good spring board for fresh grads or career shifters if you are okay with the 3 years employment bond worth 6 figures
The good thingsFlexible work arrangement. Good people to work with.
The challenges3 years employment bond for those entering by their boot camp training. 60 days resignation notice. Expect heavy work load and doing tasks outside the job description. Career progression almost impossible without heavy initiative. Salary is not competitive.

Great bootcamp, below competitive salary package
The good thingsThe bootcamp was excellent and a solid foundation for aspiring software engineers (although the quality may have dropped in recent times)
The challengesTraining bond of 3 years leaves you vulnerable to exploitation of a salary way below competitive levels.

    Inconsiderate and aggressive management
The good thingsClean office, flexible time
The challengesJob security is questionable. 60 days resignation notice. Management promises unrealistic expectations to clients which leads to work overload to the point that you are doing tasks outside the job description. Full of politics. Salary delay is often. Very intrusive and no respect on your rest day. No Career Growth.

    Low salary minimum benefits
The good thingsCulture, there is no pressure for those who do not want competition
The challengesLow salary, minimum benefits, no training plan, they do not care on their employees. Their below minimum benefits will make you feel that we indebted to them.

Average to below average. Don't stay for too long.
The good thingsGood start for fresh grads (boot camp). Office culture is quite lax.
The challengesBasic salary is below industry average. Not much growth for senior developers. Not a very innovative IT company.

Definitely a great place to start your software engineer career.
The good thingsI like its flexibility when it comes to the concept of work and life balance. Based on the people I have worked with or I have met while I'm there, I'd say they hire people not only because of grades from college or previous work experience, but because they can see the applicant's full potential. Furthermore, this company pushes you to the maximum learning experience that you can attain, along with appropriate pressure and trust. I am really glad and honored that I had experienced working in this company.
The challengesThe challenges I have encountered while working here was to learn different tools, programming languages, methods which I account to my learning experience. Each day, I assure that you'll certainly learn new things via solving technical issues, optimizing methods, and new ideas. Finally, my personal objectives when I was applying in this company was attained through their unique work environment.

    A very traditional company.
The good thingsWorking with a collaborative and proactive team.
The challengesSalary is not competitive. Minimal growth and promotion opportunities. Management/leaders are too rooted with the things that they continuously do over the past XX years - resists innovation and change. They see resources as costs not investments.

The good thingsHustle free and you will enjoy your working environment with your team.
The challengesTime management is the key to have a good working environment. I experience it when it was almost closing time I was the luckiest guys that always give work before closing time.. let's say before going home.. and that's important to me I got early, do my job, finish what I can and what the server or my computer station can.. to be honest when it time to go home the server or my computer getting slow than usual and it affects my progress...

Great for fresh grads & career shifters
The good thingsNice interior & exterior environment: offices are clean and the surroundings aren't overcrowded (at least for the TechHub & Ortigas locations) Very neat & transparent timetracking system, fairly liberal workplace rules (casual dress code, flex-hours), & positive employee morale inspired by excellent top management Offers in-house training and bootcamps
The challengesBelow average salary. I definitely would have stayed longer if the compensation was at least at par with competitors As with any software consulting company, the working experience & prospects for career advancement are heavily dependent on project management

It was fun and exciting because here, the supervisor will invest trust that you can do it. Aside from that, the overall internship program was really awesome because what they really promised during interview is what you actually will be doing so. This is a place where a trainee should be fulfill his/her internship because they will expose on what you really expect.
The good thingsThe most thing I enjoyed here is the internship program itself. They gave me an exposure in their recruitment process such as phone call, job posting, administer the test, shadow and perform initial interview with supervisor.
The challengesThe challenges I face was I find it hard to do the task first without atleast a minute of supervision to identify if what I'm doing is good or not, but along the way, I made it in accordance to what is the goal of the task.

A Frustrating Start for Your IT Career
The good things- working environment is very fun and not stressful - office rules/policies are not that strict as long as you have a proper behavior - the office is clean and the tools used for working are adequate - working environment is excellent as long as you are friendly - Mentoring system is being followed even whether you are a pro or a beginner
The challenges- starting salaryfor fresh grads is low - benefits are not that good enough compared to other IT companies - salary increases based on tenure ship - salary increase is slow - management is very poor in terms of allocating the right person to the right tasks/projects - some managers does not talk to their team members often - some managers does not provide proper counseling to those who seems to be under-performing - you will find it hard to love what you do if you will put to a project/tasks that is not a part of your specializations - you will always compare your salaries, benefits and type of work that you do to other IT companies such as Accenture, IBM and Nokia

    Great company but low salary
The good thingsThe people and the environment. Plus, the project that I am in is not that stressful.
The challengesCareer growth. If you will not request/ask for it or if you don't know that there's an upcoming training that you want to be involved in, you'll be late for the registration. And also, you won't be transferred to your preferred project for career growth. For example, if you're in a manual testing team right now and you want to be in a project which involves automation, it's possible but it takes a long time to be transferred in that project.
