The population is mostly millennials so it is a seniority-free environment. With this, the bosses are easy to approach when you need something like for example, ask for VL, etc.
The challengesThe management should have touch base with employees regarding career growth. Typically, an IT employee are introverts and with this, they don't initiate conversation about career growth stuff and needs. I think, this is the aspect where Pointwest should improve.
