    Overall, my experience was satisfactory. It facilitated my career shift, provided me with valuable project experience, and equipped me with the necessary skills to become a developer. However, I believe I would have remained longer if the company had offered a competitive salary after three years.
    The good thingsA great kickstart for a career shift, offering a relaxed working environment and supportive culture.
    The challengesThe company has a challenging internal culture, with noticeable influence of office politics on promotions and project assignments. Additionally, the salary is not competitive, and the benefits are minimal.

    The good thingsFlexible work arrangement. Good people to work with.
    The challenges3 years employment bond for those entering by their boot camp training. 60 days resignation notice. Expect heavy work load and doing tasks outside the job description. Career progression almost impossible without heavy initiative. Salary is not competitive.

    The challengesTraining bond of 3 years leaves you vulnerable to exploitation of a salary way below competitive levels.
