    For a tech company, not advanced and still stuck in old ways.
    The good thingsBonuses, yearly increase, the allowances.
    The challengesDirections and strategy change too much to the point that the org looks confused and a lot of time, projects, etc. get wasted in the process. Bad management of funds and human resources - seems some departments are understaffed while some are over. Leadership programs need serious uplift - some get promoted out of tenure and no development or growth for these people once promoted (which translates to bad management and you can't remove these people anymore)
