The good things- Company events and activities are enjoyable.
The challengesOne of the main challenges is the lack of process knowledge and initiative among employees, resulting in heavy dependence on previous handlers even after proper turnover and resignation. Former employees are still being contacted for concerns that should already be managed internally, showing poor knowledge transfer and lack of independent decision-making.
Another issue is the very slow processing of final pay and clearance, which involves too many signatories and delays, especially for site-based employees who struggle to locate approvers. Clearance completion can take almost a month, followed by another month before final pay release, making the process highly inefficient.
There are also concerns regarding payroll support, as responses are often delayed, concerns are sometimes ignored, and calls may even be dropped during conversations, creating a poor employee experience.
