Working here offers good learning, but communication and professionalism in HR need improvement.
The good thingsThe work is challenging, which helps you grow. You get to handle tasks from start to end, so you can really learn the whole process. There are good opportunities to gain experience if you are willing to learn.
The challengesThe HR department is often unresponsive, especially when it comes to payroll and benefits. I experienced a salary discrepancy before, and it took 3 months to be credited to my account. I followed up many times, but there were no updates. Even simple requests like office supplies take a long time. There was a time it took 2 months before the supplies were provided. Another concern is how some HR personnel treat messengers. There were times they were scolded in public instead of being talked to privately. Because of this, employees feel uncomfortable approaching HR. Most of the time, responses are cold or there is no reply at all.

A rewarding journey of growth, learning, and self-discovery—serving as an excellent training ground for me as a newcomer to the corporate world.
The good thingsMy company fosters a positive and supportive environment where I’ve been able to thrive professionally and personally. Beyond showcasing my core work skills, I’ve had the opportunity to highlight my broader talents and abilities through various company activities and initiatives. It’s a place that values individuality and encourages employees to bring their whole selves to work.
The challengesWhile my overall experience with the company has been incredibly positive—especially as a fresh graduate—I’ve faced a few challenges along the way. Over the past three years, I’ve grown significantly thanks to the guidance of my supervisor and the support of my colleagues. However, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been difficult at times, particularly with the regular weekday schedule and occasional overtime on Saturdays. I value personal time for rest and self-development, and extended work hours can make that challenging. Additionally, financial constraints have been a concern, as my current salary primarily covers daily expenses, leaving limited room for savings or long-term planning.

The challengesLame and poor Management/HR department, took 4 months and counting just to complete a couple of documents of a single resigned employee. We can finish and complete a house in 2 weeks though. T-W-O WEEKS.

The good thingsAllowance is okay and you can go abroad if you meet the quota.
The challengesThe internal communication makes life hard for the agents and managers. Agents cannot communicate directly to internal departments and have to "beg" and be treated like a pest just to get any property information not included in the incomplete project details provided. Proper agent training and information dissemination is lacking. No official memos given out thus agents have no way to prove any bad policy they suddenly implement or remove.
