What’s it like working at Philippine Military Academy?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at the Philippine Military Academy appreciate the shared vision and dedication to the mission, creating a supportive, family-like environment. They value the autonomy and freedom to innovate within their roles, as well as the conducive learning environment and good work ethics of colleagues. Benefits and opportunities to establish friendships are also seen as positives, along with athletics time and working with experienced personnel.

However, some potential challenges include adapting to the work culture, particularly for new employees, and gaining the trust of coworkers to have ideas heard. Employees are expected to admit and learn from mistakes, and time management can be difficult when adjusting to new responsibilities. With diverse personalities, there may be occasional interpersonal conflicts, especially when working under pressure. The chain of command culture can have both positive and negative effects, with lower ranks often given more workload. Additionally, employees may face challenging programming projects involving large databases.

The good thingsI love my job because everyone shares the same vision and dedicated to the mission.this truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.
The challenges*whenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof. *There is bound to be friction from time to time. *team working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare - ups of tempers and other issues. * while in theory it is posible for everyone to get along,it rarely happens. *training to help employees learn how to manage work stress and get along with othet people can be very beneficial in handling this challenge.
