The good things* I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to mission. *I love that have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. *I like the autonomy have because my bosses allow me to innovate, variety, culture, challenge, helping others.
The challenges*Fitting in Figuring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be frustrating *Being heard It takes time to gain the trust of coworkers to get them on board with any ideas, listen and observe before suggesting changes. * making mistakes They happen to everyone at some point.admit them and apologize *Time management It can be difficult when you're settling into a new job and adjusting to a new responsibilities.

The good thingsI love my job because everyone shares the same vision and dedicated to the mission.this truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.
The challenges*whenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof. *There is bound to be friction from time to time. *team working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare - ups of tempers and other issues. * while in theory it is posible for everyone to get along,it rarely happens. *training to help employees learn how to manage work stress and get along with othet people can be very beneficial in handling this challenge.

quite good to earn work experiences
The good thingsGood benefits. Friendships established.
The challengesThe culture of chain of command has good and bad effects. These includes military discipline both to military and civilian personnel. However, this traditionally inscribed culture has dominated the mindset of everyone working in such set up. The lower the rank, the more loads of work is given.
