Not suitable for career improvement
The good thingsNo opportunity for career improvement. Promotion takes decades. No assessment to employees. Poor management. Low salary and increase every year is only 5 pesos per day.
The challengesWhat's good only at this company is relationship/bond among the employees. All efforts go waste because no incentive nor salary increase no matter how good you are just the same as working on an average.
