    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at the Philippine Carabao Center appreciate working with their colleagues and feel a sense of purpose in their work, which helps change people's lives. The Center provides opportunities for expanding knowledge about animals and farming practices, as well as hands-on experience in caring for animals, particularly calves. However, there are some potential challenges, such as interpersonal dynamics related to patience and attitudes towards co-workers, a perceived need for improved human resource management led by highly qualified personnel, and a desire for better monitoring to ensure fairness and accountability. Certain operational aspects, like miscommunicated orders and lack of cooling facilities for milk, present challenges. Some employees find working during dawn and overlapping travel arrangements to be challenging.
