    Average Working Environment
The good thingsEmployer would give good bonuses but these are performance based now (and depending on who you work with, this can be tricky). Work is manageable and you could learn a lot.
The challengesManagement can be more engaged with its employees. Work can be demanding and benefits became harder to get as the years passed. Recognition of employees within the company has a lot of room for improvement (awards are lacking, promotions are rare). Room for growth not there for most employees either as it is a family-owned business. Salary can also be improved.
