You need to be tough because you're gonna face rough. Brace yourself and endure the work as you can
The good thingsIt is good to share medical knowledge about health awareness program through health teaching in line with DOLE health programs.
The challengesYour work here is all about the management of rendering health care to garbage collectors and drivers of the city a.k.a. palero on the spot fronting tons of garbage. If you're a little bit not used to the smell of garbage, you'll feel dizzy and nauseous. It depends on your endurance to the garbage but they still apply deodorizer in order not to get the garbage stinky and then give you the government a fine once violated. It has no hazard fee for exposure.

Worst of the worst, mostly the workloads that are not under your responsibility, you must be doing it. Management didn't have employee communication management by addressing mental issues related to the workloads and its work-life system. The management promotes poor decision-making and keeps pointing problems at the lower management, which is unhealthy to obtain a work-life system.
The good thingsNot necessarily as good as what you've thought.
The challengesManagement perspective to you and workloads that will increase your mental stress.

    The management is the worst
The good thingsThe workmates are good and friendly
The challengesI hated the fact that they value appearance than brains. Soon enough this company will go down because they kept on hiring good looking employees that has no capability of working and have no brains. Also the salary here is very low, you will not have career development. And expect your heads to betray you.
