    The good thingsHarmonious relationship with co-employees. A good training ground for environmental analyses; so many tests to learn. So many tests to learn also as it is also an Occupational Hygiene laboratory.
    The challengesAt times when there are so many samples, you will have to render overtime frequently. However, these are compensated/ with pay. The management is strict in terms of punctuality. Management should improve salary and benefits package for employees.
