    Training ground for Chemists
    The good thingsHarmonious relationship with co-employees. A good training ground for environmental analyses; so many tests to learn. So many tests to learn also as it is also an Occupational Hygiene laboratory.
    The challengesAt times when there are so many samples, you will have to render overtime frequently. However, these are compensated/ with pay. The management is strict in terms of punctuality. Management should improve salary and benefits package for employees.

    you will surely learn new things everyday.
    The good thingsThe employees who trained me were great, they are very considerate and at the same time they would let you do things on your own. they would consider you as an employee already to practice you in your future industry but they would make sure you are doing fine.
    The challengesThe only challenge i had was the limited apparatus available in the company, this makes the analysis a little bit delay. The apparatus must be provided equally to the analysts so the works wont be delayed.
