After years of dedication, I feel it’s best to move on and find a company that truly values employees, offers fair pay, and real growth opportunities.
The good things30 paid leave credits / Family like culture / Shuttle Service / 14 month pay
The challengesI’ve been with the company for over X years. It was a great place to work at first, but the environment has become toxic over time. There’s little chance for career growth. Skilled agents are given higher-level tasks only temporarily and then moved back with no clear path for promotion. Even as a strong performer, tenured employees like me don’t get recognized or rewarded. The company often changes targets, making them hard to reach, which leads to lower annual increases. They say salaries are market-aligned? Hey, loyal agents are still underpaid compared to less-performing new hires. Plus ₱500 transpo allowance doesn’t go far with today’s costs! While they offer a WFH setup, there’s no internet allowance provided. They hold FGDs claiming to listen to employee feedback, but it often feels like the concerns are ignored. Petsure offers poor work-life balance and is no longer a great place to work :(

Unfortunately, this was not a great place to work. There was poor communication, inconsistent management, and little to no support for career development. Employee feedback often went unheard, and there was a noticeable lack of appreciation for hard work. The work environment felt more draining than motivating. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for long-term growth or a healthy workplace culture.
    The good thingsDayshift.. that's all
The challengesUnfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I expected. Communication was poor, and it often felt like concerns or feedback were ignored. There was a noticeable lack of support from management, which made it difficult to grow or feel valued in the role.

Great culture with above-market benefits package!
The good thingsCulture is awesome -- work-life balance is LEGIT. Everyone is nice and is helpful. Company is growing and new roles for employees' career growth! Lateral movements and promotions within the organisation can also be seen. Benefits, on the other hand, are above market. Guaranteed bonuses, performance incentives and travel opportunities to Australia! Free breakfast and meal is also very helpful especially that it can be pricey in BGC.
The challengesThere were some but they make it a point that they hear also the people by asking them on what the problem is.

    Overall Feedback
    The good thingsDayshift, that's all!
The challengesScorecards changes every now and then. It even changes and applied without it being cascaded to everyone. Full of favoritism. Medical insurance is not worth it, you'll be paying more than what you will get in return. A waste of money. Everything is taxable, even the 500.00 transpo allowance.
