    Excellent culture of learning and growth
    The good thingsI've been working in the company for almost two years now and I honestly believe that I have grown tremendously. Most of it is because of my exposure to the top management despite me being just a Rank & File employee. I am given significant and meaningful work that really steers the company's directions. I find my stay here insightful and fun at the same time.
    The challengesExpect a tightly knit group of employees. Most of the people here have been with the company for more than 10 years.
