    Very nice experience and i learned a lot of things.
    The good thingsI learned a lot especially on managing the sales on how you will make the monthly target to have an incremental sales, i leaned also on how to plan a marketing strategy to gain high sales, and many more.
    The challengesthe only challenges here in the company is the schedule, you need to report sometimes even on your rest days because to help generate more sales especially if end of the month is near

    Lack of training in Operations, Orientation is Good but after New Orientation of employees done. The problem was very rampant. Toxic work environment, they don't regularize employee in operation.

    The good thingsBest thing here is to learn to deal with dealers and your capable to close a sales. The monthly product incentives are very useful.
    The challengesThe challenge here is to hit the target sales to get incentives. But when you have co-workers that you can get along well is a big problem. Especially when your on a probi period and your colleagues make you feel your not welcome. In this branch, they are not so serious with the target. And I think they don't like new employees here. They always do what they want without considering other employees.

    The good thingsBeing a Business Development Officer for a short while has gained me more customer-relations skills..whereas I've adjusted to being a more approachable professional. Also, the monthly freebies were so much appreciated.
    The challengesSalary is okay, not really high and competitive but not too low, though. But the tension, stress, pressure on hitting your monthly quota will surely get in to your nerves and they will not proceed on your regularization if you consistently fail to do so. Furthermore, the new management now is not so considerable at all, unlike the previous one.
