The challengesThe challenge here is to hit the target sales to get incentives. But when you have co-workers that you can get along well is a big problem. Especially when your on a probi period and your colleagues make you feel your not welcome. In this branch, they are not so serious with the target. And I think they don't like new employees here. They always do what they want without considering other employees.
