    The good thingsThe company is good and there is camaraderie amoung employees. The company is giving more benefits to its employees. We only have work from Mon-Fri and the work schedule is 8am - 5pm. At exactly 5pm, we are leaving the office already.
    The challengesThe challenging part in working with perla is that you need to exert more effort and work harder to be able to be promoted at the same the salary increase is bases on the merit of your contribution to the company.
