The good thingsThe good things I've experienced here was the average salary I've been receiving since my first pay roll. The offer was good for a fresh graduate. Incentives were good. They gave us free training and seminars. Free lunch every time one of the board members is celebrating his/her birthday. etc.
The challengesI'm far away from home. I think my career here is just stable. different work loads. career growth is just too slow. sometimes too much workload.

The good thingsMy company has given me all the necessary things i need to know when it comes to work ethics and work environment. They have opened the windows of opportunities and career growth, they supported us in every way possible, and most specially get us back to our road when we stray.. Most of all its so family oriented specially for mothers like me.
The challengesBeing able to further my growth because I am very busy as working mother.. Also I am trying to figure out how I can incorporate my Saturday church schedule because we have a M-S office hours. Hopefully the time comes that I could finally manage my time to be able to further my career.
