Gained hands-on experience in livestock management, organic farming, and farm operations. The good thingsI greatly enjoyed the hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities at Caraga State University. Working on farm operations, livestock management, and organic agriculture projects allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in real-world settings. I also valued the collaborative environment, where I could work closely with faculty, staff, and fellow students, develop teamwork and problem-solving skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that supported sustainable agriculture and animal care.
The challengesOne challenge was adapting to the varying schedules and demands of farm operations, which required careful time management and prioritization. I also noticed opportunities to further improve coordination and communication during larger projects to increase efficiency. These experiences taught me the importance of adaptability, planning, and teamwork in achieving consistent, high-quality results.
