Uneasy. The good thingsWorkload is light, but bordering on unorthodox. There is no supervision of how classes are handled, and so students don't end up learning anything in one or more classes.
The challengesA general lack of academic ethics. Supervisors would order you to simply pass students just to avoid having a complaint from a parent. There are no opportunities for career development. The school is very assertive on religion and requires participation in religious activity as part of employment. No benefits either, and no overtime pay. The only extra pay comes from substitutions, and it is vague how it is calculated.
