Expectation vs. Reality

The good thingsGood Compensation. That's all.

The challengesDealing with some of your co-workers, their attitude to be specific. The position that can be assigned to you is bearable however the issue is not the job but the people around you. Does not know how to be professional when one is not being able to fulfill the management's expectations. Numerous workload not related to your position can be assigned to you. Higher management can be manipulated by some employees. Due to language barrier, trust is a huge issue to the higher management which is also one of the reasons why some of the employees manipulate them. The compensation is not worth it considering the company's working environment.
