    Pacific Online Systems Corporation (Pacific Online) is a publicly listed company incorporated in November 1993. It is engaged in the management of on-line lottery gaming systems for the Philippine gaming industry.It sources technology from leading global suppliers of integrated gaming systems and leases to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). In 1995, Pacific Online entered into an Equipment Lease Agreement (ELA) with PCSO for its Lotto operations in Visayas and Mindanao and subsequently was granted entry into the Luzon Lotto market in June 2012.In 2009, Pacific Online and PCSO entered into a distribution agreement for its Instant Tickets product nationwide under the Scratchit™ brand.Through its subsidiary Total Gaming Technologies Inc. (TGTI), Pacific Online leases Keno terminals and online operating system nationwide to PCSO through an ELA signed in 2004. Also included in Pacific Online’s portfolio is the operation of more than 200 PCSO retail outlets nationwide through another subsidiary Loto Pacific Leisure Corporation.

    The good thingsThe company offer a lot of benefits to the employees. Employees are well compensated. There are activities intended for everyone to cool-off, break from work and bond together like sports fest, family outing and Christmas Party.
    The challengesThe only difficulty i've encountered in my stay here was the people I've worked with. Well, there's always difficult people in every workplace. You just have to know how to deal with them. the management was good and really has support fro their employees.

    The good thingsWork are more in Team work.. all employees are approachable, friendly and always cheer you up.. Benefits are good you don't have to worry. they don't stop you if want your career go to high level instead they help and support you.
    The challengesTo my work (field) always challenge me.. you must always locate all agents to their location, establish signal for them and face an angry agents and say hello.. its difficult but challenging to me..
