The power plant sites are located at San Jose, Mamburao and Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro while the Head Office is located at Galleria Corporate Center, Ortigas, Quezon City.The Company has been continuously providing stable employment to the locals of Occidental Mindoro. In fact about 60% of its employees are residents of OccMin. Most of them are pioneer employees of the Company who chose to stay and stand with the Company through thick and thin.The Company values its environment and the community where the business is situated and so a number of Corporate Social Responsibility projects were implemented in order to help, protect and support the needs of the Province.

    It is Main Power Provider at Occidental Mindoro in agreement with Occidnetal Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc.
    The good thingsOMCPC's compensation to it's employees is above the above wage. The company employed non local and local residents to boost its manpower. The power plant utilizes the latest technology in power plant operations.
    The challengesIt is a pioneering company, and the company is planning to have a higher benefits and compensation for its employees, comparing with companies of the same business. The company already gave half of the employees 13th month, even with operation of less than 6 months.
