On September 8, 2000, OLMGH opened as a Level II Hospital with medical, dental and diagnostic facilities such as laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, 2-D echo and ECG. It started with 30 beds, an ICU, an OR and an ER Department. Its medical services included clinics, dialysis, physical rehabilitation and eye center.Today, OLMGH takes pride with its fully automated tertiary level laboratory.     The good thingsGreat experience, working with the medical director and hospital administrator made me a good employee. They are a good example of perfect employer!
    The challengesGreatest challenged I've encountered here is when the employees are hesitant for the culture change and change of management. Some of employees tends to abuse the entitlement.
